Texas Roadhouse - Lakepointe Corporate Dr: An American Steakhouse Experience

This is and always has been a 5 star for our family. We always show up with large numbers at inconvenient times! They have always been able to accommodate us in such a timely manner. The service is always friendly and top notch.. As far as the food goes we've only ever not enjoyed the green beans and ham! The rest of the food and drinks are always done to perfection and the flow keeps them coming. Shout out to everyone who works here, you are truly the backbone of the franchise and especially this particular establishment.. Keep up the amazing work! Awesome, Awesome job....

We came in on Valentine’s Day, super busy day but they got us in & sat pretty quickly! The food never disappoints. The service, however, was what really got me. Marcus was AMAZING!! He was so friendly & attentive. I ordered my steak medium, it ended up coming out on the rarer side & Marcus did not hesitate to not only fix it for me, but go above & beyond to make sure my meal was top notch & enjoyable. Will be back to see him! THANK YOU MARCUS!!!

Oh man, where to start. This is hands down my favorite steakhouse! All the food is top notch! The steaks are always excellent! Had steaks at a privately owned establishment on SR44 in Ravenna that people rave about. Although a good steak, can't compare to Texas Roadhouse. The bread with cinnamon butter and the peanuts are both nice touches. Just go here if you haven't tried it yet. You won't regret it!

My waitress Lauren was very nice! I had the catfish, sweet potato and green beans. Everything was delicious. My daughter's had a steak. It was a little underdone. Not only was the steak taken back and cook correctly. Two managers came over to make sure everything was taken care of! I didn't get pictures of anything except the catcus blossom

My family had a very positive experience at this location. The wait was long, but when is it not? Lol. Texas Roadhouse is always busy! I definitely recommend getting on the wait-list online ahead of time in order to save time, which is what we did. Our server Branson was very friendly, enthusiastic, attentive, and thorough! He made sure that the food was to our liking and that we had everything we needed! I highly recommend him if you go to this location!!

Went on a Sunday afternoon, very busy, 4 top table. Staff are really friendly and the atmosphere is energetic and enjoyable. Prime rib was good, a little fatty, but no complaints on taste. A friend got bone in ribeye, had that before and that is delicious. Had fried pickles as an appetizer and a round of long Island ice teas. Roughly $130ish after tip. For 4 adults. We go roughly once a month and highly recommend this place. Don't feel bad that I'm not giving 5 stars, I think 5 and 1 stars are given way too easily and should only be reserved for literally the absolute best experiences. Cut the price in half and the wait from 30min to be seated to instant, then a 5 star would be warranted. Seriously though, this location off Steels Corners in Stow is great!
